Hello, I am Kendall CEO of The Delicate Therapist. I am a home based and mobile massage therapist, I have been a clinical licensed massage therapist since 2015. I graduated from The SOMA Institute in downtown Chicago. I specialize in deep tissue massage, clinical treatments, prenatal and a variety of other specialties. My passion is helping others whether it’s clinical or relaxation massage. I chose the name, The Delicate therapist for a variety of reasons mainly because each one of my services is uniquely designed to cater to each client’s needs. Massage therapy is far beyond physical healing, its also balance between emotional, mental, spiritual and psychological healing. Therefore, each of my services I treat delicately. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and I appreciate timely communication regarding appointment changes. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, I have implemented the following policy. Please allow 24 hours for cancellation or rescheduling appointments. Failure to show (no-call, no-show), a fee of 100% of the service will be charged. Additionally, I reserve the right to decline future appointment requests.
